My goal for this project was to conceptualize a mythical, dream-like environment. The focal point is a path leading up to a mushroom house with over-sized foliage surrounding it. The challenge was the lighting, creating a night-scene that’s lit by bioluminescent lighting. This was also an opportunity to practice modeling and dipping my toe into Substance Painter.

Inspiration

I was heavily inspired by cozy games, like Animal Crossing and Lost Nova.
